Due to biosafety concerns, we have a limited return policy. We want all of our customers to be confident that we do not resell merchandise that has been exposed to other birds.
You may only return items in their original, unopened packaging.
Please call our office to discuss and obtain preliminary approval for any returns so we can review the circumstances with you on a case-by-case basis.

We will reimburse you for return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (i.e., incorrect item shipped). If the return is not the result of our error, then you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Please enclose the original packing slip with a notation as to the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the unopened, returned merchandise we will carefully inspect it and issue a store credit in the form of reward points on acceptable returns.
