Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept international orders on a limited, case-by-case basis. Due to increased processing costs and the potential for fraud, we reserve the right to refuse to ship our products to any country or territory outside of the US. Customs and import taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

How fast do you process international orders?

Our service time is a high priority for us. Typically in-stock items for domestic orders will ship within 1-4 business days. Our business days are Monday thru Friday except on National holidays. International customers will normally be contacted within that same time frame with shipping information.

What are the international shipping rates?

Additional shipping charges will apply to our base rates as displayed in our cart. We will obtain a shipping quote and contact you via email for your approval.

What form of payment do you accept for international orders?

We accept MasterCard, VISA or PayPal payments for international orders. We do not accept checks for international orders. All payments must be in US currency.

What extra costs could be involved for international orders?

Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, and fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are the customer's responsibility and will be billed by the delivery company. We have no control over these charges and are unable to estimate them. Tariffs and taxes are neither collected nor included in your price calculation at the time of your order; for an estimate of these fees, which vary by region, contact the customs office in your area.

Are there any restricted products for export or import?

We are not restricted from exporting any of the products we carry. However, individual countries due to biosecurity concerns may impose import restrictions on products containing plant materials. It is impossible for us to know of the regulations for every country and therefore it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any restrictions imposed by their country. If we are aware of any specific restrictions, we will advise you prior to filling your order.
